Moody's: No rating impact on notes issued by HSBC SFH (France) following amendments to the programme documents
London, 29 November 2016-- Moody's announced today that the amendments to the transaction documents of HSBC SFH would not, in and of themselves and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current Aaa ratings of the notes issued by the Issuer. The main amendment is the removal of the hedging strategy, whereby any future covered bond issuance will not benefit from the hedging strategy.
