Moody's: No rating impact on OSCAR US 2014-1 and OSCAR US 2015-1 following swap counterparty replacement

Tokyo, February 15, 2017-- Moody's Japan K.K. announced today that the amendments related to the change of swap counterparty dated February 14, 2017 would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to the notes of OSCAR US 2014-1 and OSCAR US 2015-1.. The affected transactions and classes are as follows:. OSCAR US 2014-1: A-3 Note, A-4 Note.
