London, 04 April 2017-- Global private debt issuance rose 4% in the first three months of 2017 compared to the same period a year earlier, lifted by record issuance in North America that offset a sharp fall in Chinese volumes, Moody's Investors Service said in a report today, citing Dealogic data.
