New York, November 10, 2016-- Moody's Investors Service announced today that it has placed on review for downgrade the ratings of the following certificates issued by Corporate Bond-Backed Certificates Series 1998 CAT-1:. Class A-1 Certificates due 2018, A2 Placed Under Review for Possible Downgrade; previously on March 31, 1998 Assigned A2. Class A-2 Certificates due 2018, A2 Placed Under Review for Possible Downgrade; previously on March 31, 1998 Assigned A2.
