Moody's places the ratings for East Thames Limited under review for upgrade on anticipated merger with L&Q Group
London, 25 November 2016-- Moody's Public Sector Europe placed the A3 long-term issuer ratings of East Thames Limited and the long-term senior secured ratings of East Finance Plc under review for upgrade following the planned merger with L&Q Group which is expected to be completed in December 2016.
