Moody's says Cincinnati Bell's notes issuance will not impact its ratings

New York, December 15, 2016-- Moody's Investors Service said that Cincinnati Bell, Inc.' s proposed $150 million add-on to its B3-rated senior unsecured notes due 2024 will have no impact to its ratings or stable outlook. The net proceeds from this offering will be used to repay a portion of CBB's Ba3-rated secured term loan B and to pay transaction-related fees and expenses.
