Moody's updates details of Austin Energy's refunding bonds; ratings unaffected

New York, February 07, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service, is updating the sale date, series name and par of the City of Austin, Texas electric utility system revenue refunding bonds, series 2016, which we rated Aa3 on November 9, 2016. The sale date was revised to January 18, 2017. The series name was changed to Series 2017 from Series 2016. The par amount for Series 2017 was increased to $101.57 million from $92.7 million. The Aa3 rating and stable outlook remain the same.
