New York, December 19, 2016-- Moody's Investors Service is updating information about the debt structure, par amount, use of proceeds, dated date and series name for Town of Stratford, CT's upcoming bond and BAN issuances to reflect the final financing plan for the debt rated on November 29, 2016.
