Madrid, November 25, 2016-- Moody's Investors Service has determined that adjustments to Interest Available Funds and Principal Available Funds for Mecenate S.r.l.- Series 2007 and Mecenate S.r.l.- Series 2009 proposed by Nuova Banca dell'Etruria e del Lazio S.p.a, in its capacity as servicer of the securitization, will not, in and of themselves and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes issued by Mecenate S.r.l..
