New York, April 16, 2021-- Moody's Investors Service has assigned an A1 issuer rating to Ballico-Cressey School District, CA and concurrently upgraded the district's general obligation unlimited tax rating to Aa3 from A2 and upgraded its general obligation bond anticipation notes rating to A1 from A3.
