New York, February 28, 2017-- Summary Rating Rationale. Moody's Investors Service has confirmed the Aa3 long term issuer rating for Grant County, Washington. The county's rating was placed under review on December 29, 2016 due to the lack of sufficient financial information for fiscal 2015. The confirmation of the rating is driven by the receipt of preliminary fiscal 2015 results.
