Moody's upgrades If P&C's IFSR to A1 and Sampo's senior debt to Baa1; stable outlook
London, 15 December 2016-- Moody's Investors Service has upgraded the insurance financial strength ratings of If P&C Insurance Ltd. and If P&C Insurance Company Ltd. to A1 from A2. In the same rating action, Moody's has upgraded the senior debt rating of Sampo Plc, which is the parent company of If P&C, to Baa1 from Baa2.
