Moody's withdraws the issuer and debt ratings of the State of San Luis Potosi
Mexico, February 22, 2017-- Moody's de Mexico withdrew the State of San Luis Potosi's Ba3 and Baa1.mx issuer ratings. Moody's also withdrew the negative outlook. At the same time, Moody's withdrew debt ratings of the following three enhanced loans:.
