Moody's withdraws the rating of Aerodom's Notes due 2019 following new issuance

New York, January 20, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service, withdrew the B1 rating assigned to Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI Senior Secured Notes originally due in 2019. The withdrawal follows Aerodom's prepayment of those notes with a US $216 million loan due 2024 and the issuance of US $317 million in Senior Secured Notes due 2029. The new issuance has a coupon of 6.750%. Last January 6, Moody's assigned a Ba3 rating to the new Notes with a stable outlook.
