The merged entity will refinance about $1.9 billion of Nationstar's senior unsecured notes, a lower risk outcome for noteholders than if the notes were to remain outstanding.Nationstar Mortgage Holdings provides servicing, origination and transaction based services related primarily to single-family residences.
