Moody's assigns Ba3 to NCI Building Systems, Inc. new term loan; Outlook stable
Moody's Investors Service assigned a Ba3 rating to the proposed new $415 million, senior secured term loan due 2025 of NCI Building Systems, Inc. ("NCI"). In the same rating action, Moody's affirmed NCI's Ba3 Corporate Family Rating, Ba3-PD Probability of Default, and SGL-2 speculative...NCI Building Systems manufactures and markets metal products for the nonresidential construction industry. The company's products are used in new construction and in repair and retrofit activities. The company segments include: Engineered Building Systems, which consists of engineered structural members and panels that are fabricated and roll-formed in a factory; Metal Components, which includes metal roof and wall systems, metal partitions, metal trim, and doors; Insulated Metal Panels, which includes rigid foam encased between two sheets of coated metal in a variety of modules, lengths and reveal combinations; and Metal Coil Coating, which of cleaning, treating and painting various flat-rolled metals.
