Tokyo, April 24, 2017-- Moody's Japan K.K. has affirmed ORIX Corporation's Baa1 issuer rating and changed the outlook to positive from stable.Orix is a financial service institution. Co., through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the following principal business segments: Corporate Financial Services, Maintenance Leasing, Real Estate, Investment and Operation, Retail and Overseas Business.
