Moody's Ratings assigns Ba3 rating to PennyMac Financial Services, Inc.'s backed senior unsecured notes
Moody's Ratings (Moody's) has assigned a Ba3 rating to PennyMac Financial Services, Inc.'s (PFSI) proposed $650 million backed long-term senior unsecured notes maturing 2033. The notes will be guaranteed on an unsecured basis by each of PFSI's existing and future domestic subsidiaries, including Pri...Pennymac Financial Services is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the company is a financial services firm with a mortgage platform and integrated business focused on the production and servicing residential mortgage loans and the management of investments related to mortgage market. The company's segments are: production, which performs mortgage loan origination, acquisition and sale activities; servicing, which performs loan servicing for both newly originated loans the company is holding for sale and loans the company services for others; and investment management, which represents the company's investment management activities, which include the activities associated with investment asset acquisitions.
