Approximately $1.85 billion of securities affected.Quality Care Properties is a real estate investment trust. Through its subsidiaries, the company invests in real estate serving the healthcare industry. As of Dec 31 2016, the properties consisted of 264 post-acute/skilled nursing properties, 61 memory care/assisted living properties, one surgical hospital and one medical office building, including seven non-strategic properties held for sale.
