Rating Action: Moody's withdraws SEACOR's ratings. Global Credit Research- 20 Jul 2017. New York, July 20, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service has withdrawn the ratings of SEACOR Holdings Inc., including the company's B3 Corporate Family Rating, B3-PD Probability of Default Rating, Caa1 senior unsecured notes rating, and Caa1 shelf rating.SEACOR Holdings is a holding company with interests in domestic and international transportation and logistics, risk management consultancy and other businesses. The company has four segments: Ocean Transportation and Logistics Services, which owns and operates a fleet of bulk transportation, port and infrastructure, and logistics assets; Inland Transportation and Logistics Services, which provides customer supply chain solutions; Witt O'Brien's, LLC, which provides crisis and emergency management services for both the public and private sectors; and Other, which includes the activity of its subsidiary, CLEANCOR Energy Solutions LLC, and noncontrolling investments in various other businesses.
