The company owns properties located in several states and Washington, D.C. The company's segment includes: properties leased to medical providers, medical related businesses, clinics and biotech laboratory tenants; triple net leased senior living communities that provide short term and long term residential care and other services for residents; third party managed senior living communities that provide short term and long term residential care and other services for residents; and all of its other operations, including certain properties that provide wellness, fitness and spa services to members.
