Moody's assigns Ba3 rating to AECOM's proposed senior unsecured notes
$750 million of debt securities affected. New York, February 15, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service,, has assigned a Ba3 rating to AECOM's proposed $750 million senior unsecured notes due 2027. The company plans to use the proceeds from the notes offering to retire outstanding debt and to pay related fees and expenses. Moody's affirmed AECOM's Ba2 corporate family rating, Ba2-PD probability of default rating, the Ba1 rating on its senior secured credit facilities, the Ba3 rating on...Sonae.com is a media and telecommunications group based in Portugal.
