Moody's withdraws StoneMor Inc.'s ratings for business reasons
Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has withdrawn StoneMor Inc.'s ratings, including its B3 Corporate Family Rating, the B3-PD Probability of Default Rating, the SGL-2 Speculative Grade Liquidity rating and B3 Senior Secured rating. Prior to the withdrawal, the outlook was stable. Withdrawals: ...StoneMor is a provider of funeral and cemetery products and services in the death care industry. The company's segments include: Cemetery Operations, which include sales of cemetery interment rights, merchandise and services and the performance of cemetery maintenance and other services; and Funeral Homes Operations, which provides a range of services, including family consultation, final expense insurance products, the removal and preparation of remains, provision of caskets and related funeral merchandise, the use of funeral home facilities for visitation, worship and performance of funeral services and transportation services.
