The company conducts its wireless operations through its majority-owned subsidiary, United States Cellular Corporation (U.S. Cellular). The company has three business segments comprised of: U.S. Cellular, which provides service to postpaid and prepaid customers from a variety of demographic segments; and TDS Telecommunications LLC's Wireline and Cable, which provides a range of communications services to both residential and commercial customers.
