Rating Action: Moody's affirms Turkcell's B2 rating following investment by Turkey Wealth Fund. Global Credit Research- 02 Nov 2020. London, 02 November 2020-- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed the B2 corporate family rating and the B2-PD probability of default rating of Turkey-based mobile operator Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. and the B2 senior unsecured rating assigned to its $500 million bond due in 2025. The outlook remains negative.
