New York, August 21, 2019-- Moody's Investors Service has completed a periodic review of the ratings of Tower Automotive Holdings USA, LLC and other ratings that are associated with the same analytical unit.Tower International is a manufacturer of engineered automotive structural metal components and assemblies. The company supplies body-structure stampings, frame and other chassis structures, and welded assemblies. The company's products include: body structures and assemblies, which form the basic upper body structure of the vehicle and include structural metal components such as body pillars, roof rails, and side sills; chassis and lower vehicle structures, which include chassis structures that make up the skeleton of a vehicle; and body-in-white assemblies, which are comprised of multiple components and sub-assemblies welded to form main portions of the vehicle's body structure.
