Moody's Ratings assigns Ba3 CFR to VSE Corporation; outlook stable
Moody's Ratings (Moody's) assigned first-time ratings to VSE Corporation ("VSE") including a Ba3 corporate family rating (CFR) and a Ba3-PD probability of default rating. Concurrently, we assigned Ba3 ratings to VSE's proposed $600 million 7-year senior secured term loan B due 2033, $296.3 million s...VSE is a services and supply chain management company. The company's segments are: Supply Chain Management Group, which provides sourcing, acquisition, scheduling, transportation, shipping, logistics, data management, and other services; Aviation Group, which provides parts supply and distribution, supply chain solutions, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul services; and Federal Services Group, which provides foreign military sales services, refurbishment services, fleet-wide ship and aircraft support, aircraft sustainment and maintenance, and other technical, management, engineering, logistics, maintenance, configuration management, prototyping, technology, and field support services.
