New York, October 25, 2019-- Moody's Investors Service upgraded Walker& Dunlop, Inc.' s senior secured bank credit facility and corporate family ratings to Ba1 from Ba2.Walker & Dunlop is a holding company and conducts the majority of its operations through Walker & Dunlop, LLC, its operating company. The company originates, sells, and services a range of multifamily and other commercial real estate financing products, provides multifamily property sales brokerage services, and engages in commercial real estate investment management activities. The company's commercial real estate finance products include first mortgage, second trust, supplemental, construction, small-balance, and bridge/interim loans. The company provides property sales services to owners and developers of multifamily properties and commercial real estate investment management services for various investors.
