Co. is engaged in gambling business across four divisions: Online, which comprises all online and telephone activity outside of Australia, including sports betting, casino, poker sites and other gaming products along with telephone betting services; Retail, which comprises all activity undertaken in licensed betting offices including gaming machines; Australia, which provides sports betting products online, by telephone and mobile devices; and U.S., in which Co. is the operator of land-based sports betting shops in Nevada.
