DEWH continues to capitalize on its mortgage lending expertise in an underpenetrated market. Its focus on being a core mortgage finance player is demonstrated by its divestments of non-core assets.

Its strategy to maintain sufficient liquidity on the balance sheet without consequential drag on margins is prudent, in our view. Moreover, management's continued commitment toward lowering operating cost should improve return ratios and investor sentiment.
