Drone Delivery Canada Grants Stock Options

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 24, 2020) - Drone Delivery Canada Corp. (TSXV: FLT) (OTCQX: TAKOF) (FSE: ABB) (the "Company" or "DDC") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 2,915,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company exercisable at a price of $0.70 per share for a period of five years to certain directors, officers, consultants and employees. The options are subject to a vesting period released 1/3 every six months from the date of grant pursuant to the terms of the stock option plan of the Company.
