Flower Mound, Texas--(Newsfile Corp. - August 20, 2020) - Digital Development Partners, Inc. (OTC PINK: DGDM) (which will become Black Bird Potentials Inc.), manufacturer of Grizzly Creek Naturals CBD products, provided a post-COVID-19 corporate overview and business update.
Forward from COVID-19. "Our company has emerged from the COVID-19 situation a stronger company," said Fabian Deneault, DGDM's President. "At the onset of COVID-19, we started manufacturing hand sanitizer gels and sprays, for two reasons: to provide those in need with an essential product, and to improve our ability to expand our customer base."
"We succeeded on both counts," Mr. Deneault continued. "Since April, our sanitizer products have been distributed, on an increasingly greater basis, by a Montana-based distributor with a footprint in excess of 800 retail locations." Mr. Deneault also stated that it is expected that the distributor will begin to introduce the company's higher-margin Grizzly Creek Naturals CBD products into its sales chain during the current third quarter of 2020. Black Bird is also focused on increasing its online sales presence during the remainder of 2020.
MiteXstream Biopesticide - EPA Process. In January 2020, the company filed an application for MiteXstream to be certified as a biopesticide by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. It is expected that EPA approval will be obtained in December 2020.
MiteXstream's Differentiating Capability. MiteXstream can be applied directly to crops through the day of harvest on marijuana and satisfy all marijuana state testing standards, including Oregon, at zero parts per million.
Importantly, MiteXstream boasts a plant-based formulation, poses no danger to humans or animals and is extremely cost effective per acre.
Target Crops. MiteXstream will be marketed exclusively by Black Bird to growers, both commercial and private, of marijuana, industrial hemp, coffee, hops, strawberries and blueberries, among others, as well as to individual consumers for use on house plants.
Target Pests. MiteXstream treats spider mites, molds and mildew, as well as other similar pests.
