Boston, Massachusetts--(Newsfile Corp. - June 8, 2020) - Human Unitec International (OTC PINK: HMNU) ("HMNU" or "The Company") is pleased to announce that after 12 months of co-management with the sales partners and its corresponding group, it has finalized the acquisition of one of the fastest growing logistics company in Southern Europe, Arquata Logistics Services S.R.L. HMNU has acquired 60% of Arquata Logistics and all of its assets, for cash and exchange of assets. The Company previously had issued stock in 2017 which was allocated to the principals of Arquata Logistics.

Arquata has been on an upward trajectory for logistics services under the guidance of a team of proven professionals, whom have over thirty years of experience in the shipping and logistics sector. Arquata has specialized in the assessment and impact of the supply chain and its importance to customers. Thanks to several key partnerships, Arquata has a logistics area based in Castelnuovo Scrivia, where it organizes and manages between 100,000 to 160,000 sq ft of warehouses with an additional 100,000 sq ft dedicated to industrial packaging.
