Tudor Gold to Extend Warrants

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 15, 2024) - Tudor Gold Corp. (TSXV: TUD) (FSE: H56) (the "Company" or "Tudor") announces that it intends to extend the term of an aggregate of 2,928,589 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") issued as part of the Company's private placement that closed on April 6, 2022. The Warrants are exercisable at a price of $2.80 and currently expire on April 6, 2024.

Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), the term of the Warrants will be extended to April 6, 2025. All other terms of the Warrants will remain the same.
