Investors have formerly been made aware that FP Innovations is handling all the ELD certification for Canada. Ultrack contacted FP Innovations recently and was informed that the Company should expect a delay on the ELD approval. This delay is not unique to Ultrack as it is due to a reformed testing protocol outside of the J1708/J1939 mandate. Therefore, Ultrack is making the hardware/software changes and will submit the .
