(OTC Pink: TVTV), which endeavors to deliver Over The Top (OTT), prepaid, no-contract, subscription television services to a variety of devices including smartphones, tablets, streaming media players, computers and connected televisions, released an update in the lawsuit WhereverTV, Inc. v. Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, Case No. 2:18-cv-529, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. On June 12, 2020 the Court conducted a claims construction hearing. On November 13, 2020, the Court issued an Order regarding claim construction. On February 1, 2021, the Court issued a new case management and scheduling order, setting the trial for the month of March 2022.
