We compare store level ROIC and total company ROIC for a group of retailers. In addition, we report the change in trend in return at both the store and corporate level. Note that our calcuations are done on a lease-adjusted basis, and are based on propreitary estimates of store level EBITDAR margins and investment per unit. Our estimates have been prepared in the same way for each company to ensure comparibility to the greatest extent possible. In this report we also compare select per square foot metrics for our group. Companies compared include OLLI, ULTA, DOL, SFM, DG, LULU, FIVE, DLTR, TSCO, DSW, DKS, TGT & WMT.
