TSCO: Analysis of New Store Performance & Implications for ROIC

We analyzed recent performance and long-term trends of Tractor Supply.  Our work includes a breakout of new and total company ROIC and an estimate for rents at new and the average store.  Further, we estimate sales productivity of the recently-acquired Petsense.  Lastly, we quantify the divergence in our earnings forecasts and consensus estimates and discuss valuation.
