AT&S Austria Technologie und Systemtechnik is engaged in the production of printed circuit boards. Co. has three core printed circuit board businesses: Mobile Devices, Automotive and Industrial. Co.'s product assortment ranges from single and double-sided printed circuit boards to multilayer, flexible and rigid, insulated metallic substrate, nucleus, to laser drilled circuit boards. Co.'s products are used as electromechanical linking elements, mainly in the telecommunication sector, automobile industry and medical technology applications, defense and aerospace.

CCC SA

CCC is engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of clothing and footwear. Co. offers its products to wide range of consumers, from demanding clientele of trendy boutiques to value-oriented medium segment customers, to less wealthy customers seeking reasonably priced quality footwear. Co. pursues a strategy of brand diversification, which is reflected in its three autonomous distribution channels: a chain of official CCC stores, BOTI footwear shops and QUAZI boutiques. Co. offers more than 2,500 designs of footwear. Co. also owns more than 67 proprietary brand names e.g. Lasocki.

FACC AG is an Austria-based company engaged in the aerospace and defense industry. The Company specializes in the manufacture of aircraft parts and components. It divides its business into three divisions: Aerostructures, Engines & Nacelles, and Interior. The Aerostructures division covers control surfaces, fairings and wing components. The Engines & Nacelles division provides engine and nacelles components. The Interior division offers interior design services for commercial aircraft, business jets/private jets, freighters and helicopters. The Company's services range from on-site support with field engineering, spares service, and repairs to assembly training of customer staff for components and systems delivered by the Company. Co.'s core activity covers exploration and production of natural gas and crude oil as well as import, storage, trade and distribution of gas and liquid fuels. Co.'s scope of activity includes gas trading and commercial support, as well as operation, maintenance and expansion of its distribution system. Co.'s distribution networks comprises over 100 thousand kilometers of gas pipelines (high, upper-medium, medium and low pressure), which cover primarily industrialized and urbanized areas of the country.
