The segment Road Solution Projects relates to the installation of ITS solutions. The segment Services, System Extensions, Components Sales relates to the sale of services and components in the area of ITS solutions. The segment Others relates to non-core business activities conducted by Kapsch Components KG. In this segment, Co. offers engineering solutions, electronic manufacturing and logistics services to affiliated entities and third parties.

Novatek is an independent gas producer and natural gas producer in Russia. Co. is engaged in the exploration, production, and processing of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons. Co.'s upstream activities are concentrated in the Yamal-Nenets region, which is a natural gas producing area and accounts for a significant part of Russia's natural gas production. PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna is an electricity company based in Poland. Co. is engaged in the generation and selling of electricity. Co. is a predominant power producer and supplier in Poland and a major heat and power sector company in Central and Eastern Europe. Co. supplies over 5 million households, businesses and institutions through a combination of its own fuel resources (lignite), power generation and final distribution networks. Co.'s activities focus on the following areas: Conventional Power Generation, Renewable Power Generation, Nuclear Power Generation, Wholesale, Distribution and Retail. Co. has 12.2 GW of installed generation capacity.

Tauron Polska Energia is engaged in the generation, transmission, distribution, and sale of electricity and heat in Poland. Co. generates electricity from various conventional and renewable energy sources, including hard coal, lignite, natural gas, biomass, wind, solar, and hydro power. It is also involved in quarrying, crushing, and breaking of limestone; quarrying of stone for the construction industry; mining of hard coal; trading in electricity; and production of technical gases. In addition, Co. engages in the repair and maintenance of machinery and electrical equipment; electrical installations; and construction of power lines.

Telekom Austria is engaged as full service telecommunications providers of long distance, local and wireless services, corporate data communications services as well as internet services and television broadcasting. Co. generates revenues from fixed line services and mobile communication services to individuals, commercial and noncommercial organizations and other national and foreign carriers. To a lesser extent, Co. generates revenue from the sale of mobile communications handsets. Co. also supplies telephones and technical equipment for telephone communications. These activities are conducted primarily in Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia and Belarus.
