As of December 31, 2010, the Company had seven wholly owned subsidiaries in the area of Sales & Operations, four wholly owned subsidiaries and one majority owned subsidiary, as well as one affiliate, APUS Software GmbH, in the area of Software, and two wholly owned, one majority owned, one minority owned, as well as one affiliate, 3T Communications AG, in the area of Services. The Company manages a portfolio of approximately 240 properties, covering rentable space of approximately 1.8 million square meters. The portfolio ranges from dissolving pulp, standard and specialty cellulose fibers to high-quality plastic polymer products and engineering services. Co.'s operations are divided into three segments: Fibers, which produces and markets man-made cellulose fibers for the textile and nonwovens industry; Plastics, which produces weaving, labelling films, laminates and woven fabrics; Engineering, which implement projects, supply plant and equipment and provide services arond the world.
