Lenzing's final 4Q 19 results were in line with preliminary headline figures released at the end of January. Sales dropped by 9.7% yoy on the back of falling viscose revenues and net profit after min. fell by almost two thirds as EUR 12.8 mn worth of US-related impairments weighed on EBIT.

As expected, management issued guidance for 2020e results below 2019 levels.
