The management of NLB Group hosted a conference call to discuss the current situation around Covid-19 outbreak and to give an update on the measures taken by the bank.The management sticks to the acquisition agreement with Serbian MoF on Komercijalna Banka as fundamentals and merits of the deal are still intact; there was no indication whether NLB has leeway for eventual price adjustments. NLB should monitor KB behaviour during the current crisis on a regular base.
