Our evaluation after the meeting we held with Odaş Elektrik (ODAS) is as follows:Odaş Elektrik owns 76.77% of Çan2 Coal Power Plant (CANTE). As of 2021, ODAS generated 90% of its revenues from the energy segment and 10% from the mining segment.
ODAS Elektrik Uretim Sanayi Ticaret AS is a Turkey-based vertically integrated electric producer and wholesaler having 140 megawatts (MW) installed capacity at its natural gas power plant. The Company completed its vertical integration via its fully-owned electric wholesale company Voytron and its 50%-owned natural gas wholesale company.
