The Company is a member of variable diamonds associations. It operates through several representative offices, branches and subsidiaries, including Alrosa-Nyurba OAO, Almazy Anabara OAO and Severalmaz OAO.

AT&S Austria Technologie und Systemtechnik is engaged in the production of printed circuit boards. Co. has three core printed circuit board businesses: Mobile Devices, Automotive and Industrial. Co.'s product assortment ranges from single and double-sided printed circuit boards to multilayer, flexible and rigid, insulated metallic substrate, nucleus, to laser drilled circuit boards. Co.'s products are used as electromechanical linking elements, mainly in the telecommunication sector, automobile industry and medical technology applications, defense and aerospace.

Co. has two reportable segments: the standing investment segment includes all commercial real estate held to generate rental income for Co.; and the development segment includes all development activities and activities related to land plots. As of Dec 31 2016, the portfolio of standing investments consisted of 59 properties in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Hungary, and Romania.
