â€‹Heute gab Equitas Resources Corp. eine vorgeschlagene Akquisition von Alta Floresta Gold Ltd. bekannt; ein privates Unternehmen aus British Columbia, das 6 GoldgrundstÃ¼cke und 4 Produktionslizenzen Ã¼ber 180.000 Hektar in den brasilianischen Staaten Mato Grosso und Para besitzt. Alta Florestaâ€™s angesehenes Management- und Exploration-Team ist bereit, mit Equitas zu fusionieren. Diese Akquisition bietet Equitas einen Goldminenbetrieb mit niedrigen Produktionskosten im kleinen MaÃŸstab, womit sofort Cashflow generiert werden kann, wobei ein geplanter 3-Phasen Minenentwicklungsplan den Output signifikant erhÃ¶hen soll. Die Exploration auf dem Garland Nickelprojekt ist bereit, frÃ¼hestens ab Februar 2016 die verbleibenden 3 Zielgegenden zu testen.
