On February 13, 2014, it acquired Greenovation Power Company Limited. On May 14, 2014, the Company announced that it has established a new subsidiary, namely Gunkul LED Lighting Company Limited. On August 13, 2014, the Company announced that it has established a new subsidiary, namely Gunkul Solar Community Company Limited.
