The Company operates in three business divisions: automobile part division, which produces hoses, including air conditioning hoses, power steering return hoses, power steering pressure hoses, fuel hoses, radiator hoses, brake vacuum hoses, heater hoses, fuel filter hoses, hydraulic brake hoses and intercooler hoses, and weather strips, consisting of front glass moldings, hood and seal weather strips, rear glass moldings, door seal and drip weather strips, trunk lids and others; rubber material division, which provides carbon master batches (CMBs), thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) and silicones, and industrial rubber division, which provides sheets, belts, rubber fenders and others. On April 30, 2013, the Company acquired additional shares of HST&C CORPORATION, a Korea-based manufacturer of automobile parts. After the transaction, it held 100% stake of HST&C CORPORATION.
