Kaset Thai International Sugar Corporation Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in sugar production and distribution. The Company operates four business segments: the manufacture and distribution of sugar and molasses, such as raw sugar, white sugar and refined sugar; the manufacture and distribution of bleached bagasse pulp including dry pulp and wet pulp; the manufacture and distribution of bio-ethanol, which is categorized into industrial alcohol and fuel alcohol, and power plant for electricity generation and power for sales by using bagasse as fuel, which is an eco-friendly by-product from the sugar manufacturing process. The other businesses include trading, rental and development of real estate, and the manufacture and distribution of fertilizer. The Company also emphasizes on and promotes utilization of agricultural machinery and equipment to increase sugarcane production and improve quality of sugarcane.
