The Company owns and manages a portfolio of over 20 properties linked to the environment sector, such as waste recycling units, offices, warehouses, workshops and car parks. The Company operates via its real estate subsidiaries, which are the direct owners of the properties. Almost all of the properties are leased to Groupe Paprec according to a commercial lease agreement. Other tenants are Groupe Helios at Le Blanc Mesnil site, MGRA at the Stains site and la Corbeille Bleue Rhone-Alpes at Saint Priest site.
